Eligible Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• Any safety seals, shrink wrap, protective packaging, or tamper-evident seals must remain intact and unopened.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products, food products, and dietary supplements are not eligible for return.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products with broken or removed safety seals

• Gift cards

Opened cosmetic products, food products, and dietary supplements may only be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and its packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges
